Nothing New Press
P.O. Box 1109
Laporte, CO 80535

We do try to ship all orders the next business day, and the vast majority are shipped within 48 hours of receipt even in our busiest months of August and September (unless there is a holiday, 3- or 4-day weekend, or it is the week between Christmas Eve and New Years’ Day; then orders will be shipped on the next business day). You will receive an e-mail from Nothing New Press within 48 hours indicating that your books have been shipped, including the USPS Priority Delivery Confirmation number if the USPS Priority Mail shipping option has been chosen. If you do not receive an e-mail from Nothing New Press within 48 hours, please check with us so that we can confirm your order. If you have any questions at all, please send us a note. But especially during August and September, place your order as early as possible to avoid any delay due to the back- to- school crush!

If ordering by credit card through PayPal, please double check your shipping address as it appears on your order confirmation page! This is the address to which your books will be shipped. If you inform us after your books are shipped that the address was incorrect, the only thing we can do is wait for the Postal Service to send the box back to us before reshipping them to the new address; a process that can take weeks.

Nothing New Press return policy: We accept returns of books in new condition within 30 days of the arrival of your books. We will issue a check for the cost of the book minus the shipping and a 10% restocking charge, and mail it upon receipt of the returned book in our office. Please mail book returns to the address above. A note included with the book indicating that it is being returned for a refund would be helpful. If a book arrives back in our office in used condition, then we will be unable to issue a refund for the book. If you simply desire to preview a book, many, many companies carry Nothing New Press titles at curriculum fairs and homeschool conventions in the summer. If you have any questions about our return policy, do not hesitate to ask.
